A GMAP is a column of 256 images of the 256 Floors within a Galaxy. Each Floor represents 65536 IP Internet Protocol Addresses,
which comprise the 16,777,216 Internet Addresses in one Galaxy. There are 256 Galaxies in the Internet IPV4 UMAP Universe Map, for a total of 4.3 Billion addresses, each mapped to Cubes on The Map of the Internet.
